The rules stipulate that purchasers must be one of the following:

. A current full or part-time faculty or staff of an accredited educational institution.
. A full or part-time student of an accredited higher education institution.
. A high school or K-12 student.
. Full time employees of non-profit organizations and senior citizens may be eligible for some software.

**Some hardware and software such as games, portable electronics, and some other items may not require academic status. These items will be denoted with a "NO PROOF REQUIRED" label.

To be eligible, please email or fax us one of the following documents :

A copy of your student ID, faculty ID, staff ID, or full-time employee ID.
A copy of your current class schedule.
A copy of your receipt showing payment for your current classes.
A letter from an instructor or school on school letterhead.
A copy of your pay stub (within 3 months).
A copy of your current teaching contract.
A letter from your department head or supervisor on school letterhead.

All eligibility documents remain on file for up to one year. After this period, extended verification is required. Eligibility for students is valid for the current term. Eligibility for teachers and faculty, is valid for one year. Exceptions apply when proof of eligibility contains a specific expiration date. In this case, eligibility is valid until the expiration date.

Remember, we MUST verify your academic eligibility before we can ship your order.
